FAQ’s

How can I hire you? What’s your schedule? When can you start?

All website design and blog design projects require a deposit to reserve a position on our production calendar. We typically book projects one month in advance and we review our schedule regularly to accommodate certain requests if time permits. If the production calendar is completely booked for the current month, c-SuiteMedia will book pending requests on a first come, first served basis for the next available month/opening. c-SuiteMedia does not make any guarantee of service until a deposit is received from the client.

How long will it take to complete my website?

Each website is unique and may require more or less time to complete therefore an ETA on site completion varies. Several factors affect the completion date – how quickly the client communicates design decisions and changes to the designer, as well website/client requirements can influence the project time line. The web design process is an extensive and tedious process that can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 months depending on the size of the website, the participation of the client and the availability of the agency.

Can you give me an idea on how much a website will cost?

Project costs vary based on client requirement and required agency time. For the most accurate quote, please visit our contact page and fill out a Request for Proposal.

Is the deposit refundable?

No. Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit secures a reservation on our production schedule. It covers the cost of preliminary consultation and agency time and allows us to place priority attention on completing your request. If you choose to temporarily halt your work on your project and place the project on hold for any length of time, your request must be received in writing. In the event your project is placed on temporary hold, a continuation fee will be assessed to your project cost in order to resume production.

Can I manage my site when you finish?

Yes! Our goal is to create easy-to-manage websites for our clients. We code extensively WordPress (and Joomla! by request) CMS websites. Both web-based platforms offer an easy to manage, user-friendly interface for maintaining and updating your website. If you desire an HTML coded website, we can accommodate that request as well; however we don’t recommend managing your own HTML website unless you are already familiar with HTML coding or feel comfortable learning the structure. In addition, some users find the management of an HTML coded site to be more time consuming and extensive than a content management system. You are welcome to maintain your website yourself, however if you prefer to forego the task, c-SuiteMedia will be happy to discuss pricing for our maintenance service.

Will you keep my files forever in case I need them?

No. c-Suite Media keeps a copy of our projects on file for up to six (6) months once the project is completed. Design files older than six (6) months are archived to make room for newer projects. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain a copy of your design files. In the event you need a copy of your design files, we will be happy to provide them to you for a processing fee. Due to occasional technical failures and system snafus, we cannot guarantee the availability of any project design files for files exceeding the six (6) month retention period.

Do I have to get a Content Management System? I just want an HTML website.

No problem. We design HTML sites too! Please visit our contact page and complete the Request for Proposal so we can follow up with you regarding your website design requirement.

I’m ready for a website. What do I do now?

Please contact us or complete the Request for Proposal form located on our contact page so we can start the process to get you closer to having your own website. When contacting a web designer, please have a firm idea on the type of website you want. Communicate your requirements as accurately as possible, avoid fluid descriptions such as “sort of”, “kind of like”, and “surprise me”’ and stick to more solid ideas for color, imagery and design. By having a clear and solid idea on your requirement you will help ensure your web design experience moves as smoothly as possible. Having specific examples of sites you like and don’t like can also help your designer in fulfilling your web design requirement.

What are your hours? Do you provide 24/7 assistance? How can I reach you?
